“Sea Hunt Divers is our new dive shop home in Roatan. We’ve been coming to Roatan for about 15 years now and Ted taught us to dive. We love his attention to detail. If as a new diver you want to have CONFIDENCE in knowing how to put your dive kit together, how to be a responsible diver and look out for yourself, Ted is your guy. You might just find yourself diving with someone, somewhere, and you’re on your own. It’s THEN that you want to have the confidence in training to know “you got this” and don’t need someone holding your hand. That comes from an instructor who taught you right. And that’s what Ted does. We’ve followed him over the years to a couple of dive shops but this one is great because he’s been a big part of it running like a well-oiled machine. The facilities are brand-new, carefully thought out and exactly what a diver needs. It’s not huge….because it’s not meant to be a diving “factory” where masses of divers come in and out. This is a concierge-type dive shop where you are taken care of and feel like part of a family. It’s wonderful. The bathrooms are new. The showers have hot water. The place is quiet and just steps from the water. It’s wonderful. Right there with the shop is the Deco Stop bar and grill. OMG the best burger on the island!! Do your dives and then sit in the shade and enjoy great food, all priced REASONABLY. (Imagine that). What more could you ask for? Ted is your man and this shop is your place. I almost dont want to write this because I dont want to give this secret away. 😂 Professional training. Gain confidence. Dive with pros. Enjoy the service. And great food. Aw yeah. 🙌🏻🏆”

“Dan, the owner, is positioning his shop as a top tier tech shop in Roatan. If you are a tech diver, this is where you want to go, especially if you are a rebreather diver. Dan is building a shop built for divers and designed by divers, and he is taking all the things he has seen other shops do wrong and making sure he does them 1000% right. For the recreational side, you will not find a better instructor than Ted. Ted is an amazingly patient instructor that worked my family member through their AOW. He knows 100% what he is doing, and you will have an excellent time diving with him.”

New West End dive shop. Sea Hunt Divers

“Sea Hunt Divers is a new and upcoming dive shop located in West End. Dan (owner) is very knowledgeable and is in the process of creating a great facility for recreational and technical divers. Ted (dive master extordinar) is terrific. His knowledge about the reef and has the ability to find in the wild the many critters you will see while diving, He also can provide terrific course/certification you are wanting to add to your dive experience. He certified two of my grandsons on this trip and has them so excited they are asking to return soon. If you want personal attention and smaller dive groups compared to some of the other shop, then this is the place for you. For you older folks I'm sure that Mike Hunt would approve of this facility and crew.”

Great Experience

“My wife and I did 4 dives with Ted and the dive shop. It was a great experience all around. It had been some time since my wife dove, so she was a bit nervous to get back in the water. It's a smaller shop so the ratio worked in her favor. Day one was with four other divers, day two it was just her and I with the divemaster. Ted was great at finding the little creatures that most people swim right over. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality dive experience. A more one on one experience.”

Ted, the dive master, is exceptional. He is knowledgeable about the reef and the many things you will see while diving, great at showing you things along the dive. Ted is also an instructor who can teach you any course/certification you are wanting to add to your dive experience. If you want personal attention and smaller dive groups compared to some of the other shop, then this is the place for you.”
