Dan Siegel

Dan has been diving since around October 1996, bringing nearly three decades of experience to the Sea Hunt team. He is a PADI Divemaster (Pro 542266) with an extensive background as a Technical and Rebreather diver. Dan also spent 8 years diving with the San Diego Sheriff's Department, specializing in underwater search and recovery. During that time, Dan worked on challenging and critical missions, recovering evidence and conducting body recoveries in difficult environments. His unique experience has shaped his approach to diving, emphasizing safety, precision, and professionalism. Today, Dan is passionate about sharing his love of diving with everyone, whether they are new to the sport or looking to expand their diving expertise.
