Choosing a Length

  • 15" / 38 cm — sidemount and compact rigs, keeping the inflator tight to the wing.
  • 22" / 56 cm — the standard length for most backmount wings.
  • 24–26" / 61–66 cm — jacket-style BCDs and longer torsos.
  • 30–36" / 76–91 cm — drysuit inflation, where you want extra reach to the chest valve.
