These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sea Hunt Divers website at https://seahuntdivers.com (the "Site") and your bookings and purchases with us. By using the Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who we are
Sea Hunt Divers is a dive center in West End, Roatán, Honduras. You can reach us at [email protected] or +504-8932-1616.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for your own personal, lawful purposes — to learn about our diving, courses, accommodations, and gear, and to contact or book with us. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Bookings, courses & payments
Submitting an enquiry or booking request is a request for services — it is confirmed only when we reply to arrange the details. Prices, availability, schedules, and course requirements may change, and the specific terms for a booking (including any deposit, cancellation, and refund terms) are confirmed with you at the time of booking. Store and online payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Diving is a physically demanding activity with inherent risks
Scuba diving, freediving, snorkeling, and related activities carry inherent risks, including serious injury and death. Before diving with us you must be in adequate health, meet the prerequisites for the activity or course, and complete the required paperwork — including a liability release and assumption-of-risk agreement and a diver medical questionnaire, with a physician's approval where the questionnaire indicates one is needed. Those documents are provided separately and form part of your agreement with us. You are responsible for disclosing accurate health information and for following your instructor's, divemaster's, and crew's instructions. We may decline or stop any activity where we believe safety is at risk.
Accounts
If we make an account available to you, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. How we handle the information in your account is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, images, logos, and design — belong to Sea Hunt Divers or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, republish, or use them for commercial purposes without our permission, except as normal browsing and sharing of links allows.
Links to other sites
The Site links to our sister brands and to third-party services we don't control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites. Your use of any linked site is subject to that site's own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we don't warrant that it is complete, error-free, or that the Site will always be available or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sea Hunt Divers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability arising from participation in diving and related activities is addressed in the separate liability release and assumption-of-risk agreement you sign before those activities.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Honduras, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Honduras will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
