React Right is SSI’s premier emergency first response program, designed to equip you with the essential skills to respond confidently in a medical emergency — whether it happens during a dive trip or in everyday life.

This flexible and comprehensive course covers a range of life-saving topics, including primary assessment, CPR, first aid, and stabilization techniques. You can also choose to expand your knowledge with oxygen administration for diving emergencies and the basics of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use.

Through 6 academic sessions and hands-on practice in realistic emergency scenarios, you’ll build the confidence and competence to step up when it matters most. By the end of the program, you’ll be certified as an SSI React Right Specialty diver, capable of providing first aid, CPR, AED support, and emergency oxygen administration.
